Mo has spent more than 15 years in the financial services industry and is deeply passionate about crafting and delivering world-class client experiences through thoughtful processes. Prior to Center, she served as VP for SAP Concur, where she led consultation and project management across North America’s smallest and largest customers. In previous roles, she led client-focused improvement strategy, implementation, global operations, and business process optimization for Concur and TRX. Mo holds a BS in information systems and finance from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business. Outside of work, she and her family enjoy running and biking along Tampa Bay while juggling little league games and dance recitals.
