Utpal Donde

Utpal brings more than a decade of experience leading corporate development, corporate strategy, and business development for global software and information technology companies including Docker, SAP, and Concur. Prior to Center, Utpal served as head of strategy and corporate development, and as chief of staff to the office of the CEO at Docker, where he drove the operational cadences of the business and led the execution of strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Prior to Docker, he focused on acquisitions, partnerships, and corporate venture investments for Concur and SAP’s Cloud Business Group. Utpal began his career as a technology investment banker at Houlihan Lokey and Merriman Capital. He holds a JD from Santa Clara University Law School and a BA in political science from the University of Michigan. Utpal lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children.
