Summary of Changes to CenterCard® Spend Management Service Terms and Conditions

Revision Date: April 30, 2025

Below is a brief non-exhaustive summary of key updates:

  • The updated Terms and Conditions do not affect your Center pricing or the CenterCard terms.
  • We may record our conversations with you.
  • We may terminate your access to the platform on 90 days’ notice.
  • There is a one-year time limit to make a claim that arises out of the terms and conditions.
  • The terms and conditions are now subject to New York law.
  • By continuing to use the platform or app, you agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.
  • We have also updated our Privacy Policy.

The updated Terms and Conditions will take effect automatically, requiring no action by you or any CenterCard holders. If you do not agree with these changes, then you must discontinue the use of our platform and app.
