With over 20 years of experience in corporate travel and expense, Amy is passionate about simplifying business travel for both travelers and their companies. She began her career at UATP, the first-ever credit card, and was a founding member of the new leadership team at AirPlus International, introducing the company to the North American market. At Carlson Wagonlit Travel, she managed key business lines focused on traveler security, risk mitigation, and crisis management. In 2011, she joined Concur, helping to create and grow the Concur App Center and Concur TripLink. After ten years at Concur, she led IDEMIA’s North American marketing strategy and communication programs. Amy returned to Concur in early 2023 as VP of Travel Marketing Strategy and joined Center as SVP of Travel Ecosystem in May 2024.
Amy holds a BA from George Mason University and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2019, she was honored as one of GBTA/WINiT’s (Women in Travel) Top 40 Women in Travel. She resides in Richmond, VA, with her husband and two dogs.
